The It Factor

In the entertainment and fashion industry the “it factor” is often used to describe what are thought to be those with standout beauty or talent. Culturally it was often perpetuated that this “it factor” was epitomized by certain features and characteristics; a certain look. Historically that notion left many under-represented and far too many unseen and untapped. Does having or lacking specific features make someone unbeautiful or invaluable? The answer is a resounding, “NO!”
